About Accounting Excellence
Accounting Excellence is AccountingWEB UK’s annual awards night that celebrates excellence in every section of accountancy.
The awards are split into two core categories: the practice awards – judged by a panel of experts from across the profession, and software awards – voted for by the AccountingWEB community.

Photography
Accounting Excellence has a library of photography from it’s awards ceremonies. A focus should be put on the people who attend the awards and the excitement they have from being there and winning. As well as this photos should show off the grandeur of the night.

Pattern
The brand pattern is based on the guilloche patterns present on bank notes, these should be used as background or accent elements.

Illustration
The Accounting Excellence mark is an important part of the brand. To further expand upon the previous use of the mark and to mirror the trophy designs, 3D illustrations of the AE logo have been created.
These should be used as background elements or to claim areas of a design.

Framing
Overlays and frames can be created by using curved shapes that mimic the Accounting Excellence mark. Take reference from the outer circle, as well as the curves of the ‘a’ and ‘e’ within.
These curves come in from the corners or sides of the image, and can be used to contain the logo, content, CTAs or imagery. They can also expand and contract from the edge or corner in order to accommodate different amounts of content.
