About Culture Pioneers
Culture Pioneers is an award from HRZone. Recent research shows that company culture is now valued by employees more than salary. Many people professionals and senior leaders are working on culture strategies, but with challenges such as increasing burnout, evolving employees expectations and the need for new leadership models, making an impact is no easy feat.
Culture Pioneers wants to celebrate and promote the successes of people professionals who are investing their efforts in creating a thriving organisational culture. As well as the award being used as a tool to help HR professionals who are looking to progress their career in the culture domain.

Culture Pioneers uses four core icon shapes to represent one of each of the 2021 award categories.
Each core shape has a detailed version to be used when the category need to be highlighted.
Photography
Culture pioneers has no photo library. So when photography is needed stock should be used.
The photography should be authentic and people focused. Groups
should be happy and working together.
The core category shapes can be used as frames to contain photography.
Patterns
Culture Pioneers has a pattern that is created from the four core icons as well as a number of other shapes.
These shapes represent the different parts of a companies culture coming together and building a whole.
